Planning Packages Offered

Planning packages ensure that you receive exceptional service and attention that is scaled to your exact needs. Please read through the details on each one and decide which is right for you. Unsure? Not seeing something that fits right? Please reach out and I can create a custom quote for exactly what you need.

  • This package comes at no cost to you when you book your vacation package through me!

    Minimum booking requirements must be met to select this package. Theme park vacations must include a resort hotel and minimum 3 day park tickets to qualify.

    Receive the following:

    • A personalized vacation proposal with pricing

    • Planning assistance to narrow down your options and match the best ones to your priorities

    • Any reservation/excursion/tour bookings taken care of.

    • For Disney - Advanced dining reservations, Enchanted Extras, and LL pre-booking selections and strategy

    • Planning guides and destination advice.

    • Reminder emails along the way for due dates, planning deadlines, and things you should know before you go!

    • Access to me via email and planning calls to make sure all your questions get answered.

    • Personalized itinerary

    • Access to my preferred vendors for anything you need during your stay.

    • On call assistance during your trip should the need arise.

  • Package Cost $250

    Booked elsewhere but still need some help?

    This package would be good for smaller travel parties, someone traveling with a work group, or staying with friends and family. Also good for anyone booking a hotel only, park or event tickets without a resort stay, or just needing guidance without booking their trip components through me.

    Receive the following:

    • A personalized vacation proposal with pricing

    • Planning assistance to narrow down your options and match the best ones to your priorities

    • Any reservation/excursion/tour bookings taken care of.

    • For Disney - Advanced dining reservations, Enchanted Extras, and LL pre-booking selections and strategy

    • Planning guides and destination advice.

    • Reminder emails along the way for due dates, planning deadlines, and things you should know before you go!

    • 2 Planning Calls (30 mins each) - recommended one at the beginning of our process and one closer to travel to ask any final questions.

  • Package Cost - Starting at $350 depending on size of travel party, length of stay and complexity of the trip

    Have a larger travel party, more complex travel itinerary or want more detailed planning help? This is the package for you!

    You will receive EVERYTHING listed in the Beginner Magic Package.

    PLUS receive the following:

    • Unlimited Q&A via email and as many scheduled calls as you’d like. (you will receive a link to my planning calendar to schedule your calls)

    • Detailed itineraries personalized to your needs.

    • Strategy planning and group assistance where needed.

    • Access to my preferred vendors and booking any extras you may need on your trip.

    • On call service before and during your travel dates.

  • Add-On Price - $300 per round trip flight booking

    Add this service to ANY package (including the Complimentary Package) for help with your air travel. I will help you find the best flight route, monitor pricing, and offer booking assistance for your trip.

    Please note, this price is for one booking round trip. If you are traveling with multiple families, or friends, each person or family would need to add this on to receive this assistance.

    It is HIGHLY recommended you purchase Travel Insurance through a 3rd party, or at least through the airline directly in order to ensure you are protected should delays, cancellations, or diversions occur.
